    Relationship Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer at Alles Charis, Port Harcourt. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, such as Key Accounts, Retailers and End-users. He/She will also be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires working closely with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and understanding their specific needs.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction with current services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
    • Effectively communicate and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
    • Monitor customer accounts to identify and address any billing issues or service complaints promptly.
    • Liaise with internal departments such as operations, sales, and customer service to ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
    • Provide updates and reports on customer interactions, account activity, and market trends.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the gas industry, regulations, and company policies.
    • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer retention goals.
    • Gather new key accounts and manage the relationship.
    • Distribute marketing materials based on the approved plan.
    • Draw a marketing budget and give a report on the growth of sales mix.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC experience in customer relationship management or account management.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Business Relationship Management and Sales skills.
    • Finance knowledge and experience.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Customer service expertise.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
