Job Summary:

• Concentrate on acquiring and managing retail clients while simultaneously promoting deposit mobilization and enhancing product sales.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3—5 years' experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in deposit mobilization is highly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new retail clients and grow the customer base.
• Promote fixed deposit and other liability products.
• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
