Relationship Manager / Wealth Advisor at PHR Solutions Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, or institutional clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues.
• Create personalized investment plans aligned with clients' goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and risk management strategies.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate asset management products, tax-efficient strategies, and wealth transfer solutions.
• Ensure all client interactions and investment activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate client records, investment documentation, and reporting to meet compliance standards.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and ethical guidelines governing wealth management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in relationship management, wealth advisory, or financial planning roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
