    Relationship Manager

    What You’ll Do

    • Champion customer success and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Understand client goals and provide proactive guidance that drives results.
    • Monitor account health, manage risks, and prevent churn.
    • Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely enhance client value.
    • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, and CX teams to deliver seamless experiences.
    • Prepare account performance reports and customer insights.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strategic, results-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts confidently.
    • CRM experience is an added advantage.
