Relationship Manager at Voyatek Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and concerns.
• Serve as a client champion, ensuring their queries and issues are handled with care and urgency.
• Manage communications through various channels, including email and phone, to foster positive interactions.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback to drive improvements in our services and policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable experience in client relationship management, customer success, account management, or a similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Empathetic nature with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Proven skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a positive attitude.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in customer relationship management, project management, or communication skills will be an added advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a relationship management or client-facing role.
