The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and objectives, and providing tailored investment solutions to meet their needs.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Provide personalized investment advice to clients based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Actively manage client investment portfolios, making recommendations and adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
Present our asset management services to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition.
Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely investment advice.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and achieve business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance using CRM software or other relevant systems.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 - 10 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role within the asset management industry.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CRM will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid certification from relevant regulatory bodies (SEC) is required.
