- Job Field Sales and Business Development
1. Pursue the sourcing of new accounts and client/savings mobilization
2. Conduct client verification and visitation
3. Open new accounts for clients
4. Conducts pre-loan training, guarantor’s verification and carries out loan disbursement
5. Carries out savings and repayment collections
6. Manage and follow up on clients with loans to ensure prompt and due repayment, and
  prevent default
7. Manage defaults where they occur
8. Strive to meet other customer needs and requests within the organisation’s policies
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management
