Key Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition and management of high-value clients across investor segments.
• Mobilize liabilities and grow AUM across multiple product lines.
• Develop and manage multi-currency and multi-asset class investment portfolios.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and improve competitive advantage.
• Oversee client advisory, product cross-selling, and relationship management.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and daily call plan execution.
• Lead team appraisals and mentorship.
• Provide backup support to Head of Business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5-7 years work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, economics, and industry trends
• Strong negotiation and C-suite engagement skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker
