Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Fidelity Bank Plc located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing financial advice, and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in relationship management or sales
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in banking or finance is a plus
