    Relationship Manager

    About the Role

    • Our client is seeking to hire a smart, driven, and business-minded professional to join their team as a Relationship Manager in Agribusiness (Insurance). 
    • In this role, you’ll manage and grow key client accounts in the agricultural sector, especially within the livestock and crop value chains. 
    • Your goal? Build strong partnerships, close meaningful deals, and help clients protect what matters through tailored insurance solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with agribusiness clients.
    • Identify new opportunities and secure high-value insurance deals.
    • Support risk assessment and provide necessary documentation for underwriting.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate coverage and risk management.
    • Keep track of client portfolios and provide timely updates when issues arise.
    • Achieve seasonal sales targets and contribute to business growth.
    • Deliver exceptional customer experience, always.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, especially in agribusiness or insurance.
    • Solid understanding of agricultural insurance and risk management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • A proactive mindset with a hunger for results.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional certifications (like ACIIN or DVM) are a plus.
