Job Title: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (DEPOSIT MOBILIZER)
Location: Lagos  

Description

• Grow the existing fixed investment portfolio in line with the company’s objectives
• Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with customers within the company’s target market
• Ensure compliance with related policies especially KYC policy
• Recommend products and services to improve client experience and retention
• Analyse industry trends with attention to competitors
• Prepare call memos and client engagement reports
• Manage a team of Business Development Associates

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in Business Development in a financial institution.
• Exceptional leadership, effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Must have managed HNI relationships in the past.
• Must be self-driven and result oriented
