    Relationship Manager, Channel Sales - Port Harcourt

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Relationship manager channel sales should develop and maintain relationships with channel sales clients, focusing on those progressing towards High Net Worth Individual (HNI) status, manage portfolios with a target average minimum value of N20 million, promote and cross-sell ARM investment products and services to channel sales clients, drive growth in the number of high-net-worth clients through strategic prospect profiling and leveraging referrals from existing clients, collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement strategies aligned with industry trends to achieve business growth objectives.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Develop a strong understanding of ARM's Group business and services to offer tailored solutions to clients.
    • Acquire a deep knowledge of financial planning for effective client acquisition and management.
    • Master ARM Investment Managers' products and services.
    • Gain expertise in capital markets, particularly Nigerian and global markets.
    • Stay updated on macroeconomic and financial sector developments to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks for clients.
    • Conduct proactive prospecting to meet conversion targets promptly.
    • Provide superior Investment Management Services aligned with client objectives.
    • Contribute to budget preparation and strategy implementation.
    • Maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members to resolve client-related issues and stay aligned with business direction.
    • Contribute ideas for new product development and participate in business development activities.
    • Collaborate effectively with teams and departments.
    • Continuously update skills through self-study, training, and industry sources.
    • Uphold a professional demeanour to enhance ARM's image.
    • Develop and track personal scorecard aligned with business goals.
