Job Summary

• We are seeking 10 experienced and goal-driven Relationship Managers on behalf our client in the financial Sector.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve set sales targets.
• Provide financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in banking or financial services (preferably in relationship management or sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
