Relationship Development Executive at CHAN Medi-Pharm

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, health facilities, distributors, NGOs, and institutional customers.
• Promote the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products professionally.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities and orders.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Submit timely sales and activity reports.
• Support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver results.
• Good computer literacy and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, initiative, and accountability.
