Job Description
The Regulatory Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to both external regulatory requirements and internal policies to manage regulatory risk.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Identifying new regulatory requirements of the industry and informing management for implementation
• Ensuring timely renewals of all certifications and licenses
• Managing relationships and communication with representatives of regulatory bodies 
• Proper labeling and filing of compliance documents for easy retrieval and sharing
• Working with heads of departments to ensure that regulatory requirements applicable to their processes are identified and promptly processed
• Troubleshooting compliance-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum of a second-class upper Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
