Job Summary

The nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, preparing patients for diagnostic tests, maintaining infection control, and educating patients on health and wellness. The nurse also collaborates with doctors, lab scientists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Ensure proper infection control and maintain a clean, sterile environment.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
• Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately.
• Proficiency in basic medical procedures, use of diagnostic equipment, and electronic medical records.
• Support administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising license.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinic or diagnostic centre.
• Proficiency in basic medical procedures, use of diagnostic equipment, and electronic medical records.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
