    Regional State Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • To manage and coordinate the sales activities within the region.
    • .Manage the sales team according to the company's sales target, make marketing plan and ensure to achieve the company's sales target..
    • Sales management and daily follow-up, understand the working status of sales personnel, timely conduct performance guidance, and ensure that each sales person achieves the set sales target.
    • Responsible for new customers and business development in the region, maintain and continuously follow up new and old customers. 
    • Responsible for sales, marketing and promotion of products online and offline.
    • Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
    • Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
