    Regional Sales Representative

    Regional partners development and relationship management:

    • Identify and establish connections with potential partners (e.g., wholesaler or wholesale street independent stores)
    • Maintain long-term relationships with partners
    • Analyse partners' needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions
    • Partners' PSI management

    Stores management:

    • Brand image: in-store image and display execution, like brand materials/POSM, ensure EcoFlow products are displayed at the 1st place and with good condition.
    • Training coverage: promoters and staffs training coverage.
    • Stock: ensure all the stores have enough stock to support sales.
    • Sales events: roadshow, promotion activities' execution and feedback

    Market research and competitive analysis:

    • Collect and summary market trends, competitors' policy changes, and activities, feedback to city managers and sales head

    Sales strategy execution and 100% target achievement:

    • Allocation: reasonable sales target allocation by partners, by stores and by team members.
    • Tracking: refer to the sales plan and collect all the sales process from partners and team members (Promoters/staffs).
    • Execution: ensure 100% target achievement

    Team management:

    • Recruitment:refer to the sales target and manpower ROI, 100% finish promoters’ recruitment target.
    • Training coverage: promoters' and staffs' training execution.
    • Staffs’ incentive plan execution: if needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in regional sales management.
    • Must be very familiar with the industry and the potential customer in the region.
    • Clear mindset about sales execution, such as: allocation logic and customers/stores management.
    • Have solid knowledge of the sales terrain, must be very conversant the region you apply for.
    • Proven work experience in the solar industry, consumer electronics industry or Generator Industry.
    • Must posses sound organizational skills, soft skills and training ability for staff.
