The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate security operations within the assigned region, ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Hogan Guards’ operational standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across assigned locations within the region.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise guard deployment, patrol activities, and field operations to ensure optimal coverage.
• Manage incident response, investigations, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide inputs for strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA or professional certification is an advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the security services sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
