Regional Head
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 7 - 10 years
- Location Adamawa , Oyo
- Job Field Sales & Business Development
- Plan and execute a strategic business plan in alignment with the overall business objectives of the institution to increase market share/penetration.
- Drive deposit growth and other banking services in the region
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance
- Identify new business opportunities to increase region profitability
- Oversee daily activities ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Provide leadership, coaching, training and supervision of team members and agents
- Account review and monitoring
