Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking to fill the role of a Regional Business Development Manager.

Summary Job Description:

• Lead the region in the development of market opportunities translated to closed sales and profitable transaction margins
• Engage sector – buyers to bring value from offering solutions that are best fit their organization and extendable to help their organizations improve and become more efficient
• Coordinate for assigned region(s), all sales, account management, channel and agency partnerships of the company
• Be accountable for the achievement of New Business, Accounts Retention and Revenue Targets of the assigned Region

Person Specification:

• An MBA would be a strong advantage
• Certifications in any of people sales and marketing programs
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience with a minimum of five in an executive management role.
• Evidence of management learnings and education
• Evidence of continuous sales management learning
• Proven evidence of leading sales operations
• Evidence of sales and business development achievements
