    Team Lead, Market Insights

    Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking to fill the role of a Team Lead, Market Insights.

    Summary Job Description:

    • Lead for the company, the verticalization of Market Research and Consumer Insights as a value-enterprise,
    • Lead, develop and oversee implementation of Market Research and Consumer Insights’ policies, processes, procedures and controls,
    • Manage all the value-creating quantitative and qualitative research initiatives (online research, third party resources, surveys, focus groups, etc.) that are aimed at understanding segments and behaviour of the public and consumers and direct the alluded insights to value creation on behalf of our customers and their business portfolios,
    • Develop and implement institutional procedures aimed at enriching and applying trend analyses on research reports to validate the longevity of archived insights,
    • Publish market and industry reports as may be designed, and purposed by the Company.

    Person Specification:

    • A B.Sc. degree in relevant subjects
    • Certifications in data science and analytical technologies
    • A minimum of 6 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 in a team lead role
    • Evidence of continuous research and data analytics learning,
    • Evidence of rendering big – scale projects or working in Market Insights and Research companies.

    Summary Job Description:

    • Lead the acquisition and management of new and existing training business opportunities; search, proposal delivery, account management and service rendered
    • Perform training need assessment for discerning clients in targeted sector
