    Recruiter

    Summary:

    • The Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for Intersect Consortium.
    • This position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline of candidates for various positions within the organization.
    • The Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to fulfill the staffing needs of the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sourcing and Talent Pool Management:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Proactively seek out diverse and underrepresented talent to promote an inclusive hiring process.

    Screening and Assessment:

    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Administer assessments or tests as necessary to gauge candidates' technical or behavioral capabilities.

    Interviewing and Selection:

    • Coordinate and conduct in-person, virtual, or panel interviews with candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective interview questions and evaluation criteria.
    • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview assessments.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with information about the company, culture, and job opportunities.
    • Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions they may have.

    Collaboration and Consultation:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    • Advise and guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment.
    • Participate in regular meetings and discussions related to recruitment strategy and progress.

    Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
    • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
    • Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and potential.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of recruitment.
