Reconciliation Executive at Kadick Integrated Limited

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily generation of bank statements from time to time.
• Pull, collate, review and analyze bank statement, payment and sales report, expenses and all other reports (including financial reports) for gaps, errors and potential risk.
• Flag suspicious transactions where payment occurs and there is no commensurate value received for payment or no approval evidenced.
• Escalate all incidents of non-compliance with posting timelines.
• Responsible for performing reconciliations (all payment for goods/services, approved expenditures) not limited to bank statements, payments reconciliation, expense report etc.
• Ensure that all escalations to the office of the Audit Risk and Compliance Manager are conclusively resolved.
• Formulates timely reports and documentations to track progress of Telecom products across all locations.
• Optimally track postings and ensure receivables are collected as at when due.
• Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Manager - Assurance Services.

Location

• Candidate must stay within the Ajah-Sangotedo axis.

Salary

Gross salary of N100,000.
