• Greeting guests: You will be the first point of contact for guests, and you should welcome them warmly and ensure that they feel comfortable.
• Check-in and check-out: You will handle the registration process for guests, including verifying their identification and taking payment. You will also assist guests in checking out, handling any charges, and ensuring that the room is in good condition.
• Reservations: You will assist guests in making reservations, either by phone or in person. This includes checking availability, providing rates, and entering reservations into the hotel's system.
• Answering phones: You will answer phones, directing calls to the appropriate department or handling guests' inquiries.
• Handling complaints: You will assist guests in resolving any issues or complaints they have with their stay, working to find a satisfactory solution.
• Providing information: You will provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Maintaining records: You will keep accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest information.
• Cash handling: You will handle cash and credit card transactions, making sure to balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Security: You will monitor the lobby area and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. Overall, as a hotel front desk personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience at the hotel and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
