Job Summary

• As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring all front-desk operations run smoothly.
• You will handle calls, manage appointments, and support administrative tasks while maintaining the brand’s high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Schedule and manage appointments, bookings, and meeting arrangements.
• Maintain an organised reception area and ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or craftsmanship-related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
