Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification.
• 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle appointment scheduling, administrative tasks, and client inquiries simultaneously. Strong record keeping skills.
• ProPicient in using computer software and booking systems, with knowledge of basic ofPice applications such as printers and POS systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions and maintaining client records. Previous cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of spa services and treatments is advantageous, allowing you to guide clients effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on the spa’s operating hours.
• Ability to be efPicient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
• Must possess basic math skills.

Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
