    Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and partners professionally.
    • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
    • Manage front desk operations and office records.
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
    • Support administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
