Job Summary

• We are seeking a poised, highly organized, and charismatic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of Onyx Beauty Hub. 
• You will ensure that every client encounter is seamless, welcoming, and infused with the sophistication our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a luxurious first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling via phone, online platforms, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean, stylish, and inviting reception area at all times.
• Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payments with grace and accuracy.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle client feedback and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand standards in all interactions.
• Support administrative tasks as needed by the management team.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years in a client-facing or front desk role (experience in beauty/luxury service industry is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional grooming and a polished appearance that reflects the Onyx brand.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using salon booking software.
• Positive attitude, warm demeanor, and a service-driven mindset.
