Receptionist at Bintoo Hotel Limited

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle room bookings and reservations
• Receive payments and issue receipts
• Keep records of guests and daily activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
• Report customer complaints or issues to management
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Promote hotel services to guests

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak and understand English properly
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Smart appearance and good attitude
• Ability to work day or night shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage
