Job Summary

• We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled telemarketer to join our team at a prominent real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have a background in telemarketing, with a proven ability to effectively make calls and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and arrange appointments for our real estate agents
• Follow up with leads and cultivate relationships to convert them into satisfied clients
• Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales over the phone
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service during all interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, preferably within the real estate industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
