    Real Estate Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage the company’s sales team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving property sales, managing sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve company sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties.
    • Monitor sales performance and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
    • Coordinate property inspections, client meetings, and sales presentations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate sales processes and company policies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and property advertising.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 – 2 years in a managerial role.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
    • Strong knowledge of property marketing, real estate transactions, and sales strategy.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
    • Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
