• The Real Estate Developer will be responsible for identifying viable property opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, securing approvals, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely and profitable delivery of residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and investment analysis.
• Prepare development proposals, budgets, and business cases.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory permits.
• Liaise with government agencies, financiers, and investors.
• Monitor sales, leasing, and marketing performance of completed projects.
• Mitigate development risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and or Masters in Real Estate, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in property development or real estate project management.
• Strong knowledge of feasibility analysis and development financing.
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Familiarity with Lagos property market and regulatory framework.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
