    Real Estate Agent

    Job Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Officer located in Lagos.
    • The Real Estate Sales Officer will handle property listings, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintain strong customer service relationships.
    • The role involves conducting market research, preparing property reports, negotiating sales terms, finalizing real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with real property regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a Real Estate License
    • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
    • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
