The Radio Producer is responsible for developing, creating, and producing engaging content for radio programs, with a special focus on news development.
This role involves managing all aspects of the show’s production, from concept to execution, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a creative vision that aligns with the station's brand.
The Producer will also work closely with the news team to deliver timely and accurate news broadcasts, ensuring content is relevant and impact for the target audience.
Qualifications
Radio Production, Broadcasting, and Audio Editing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in radio production and broadcasting or similar role for at least 3 years.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of radio industry trends and technologies
