    Quantity Surveyor

    Qualifications / Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years of proven professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
    • Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is required.
    • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is highly desirable.
    • Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives will be an advantage.
    • Demonstrated experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
