- Experience 5 years

- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (NIQS; RICS is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reports.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and project cost control.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
