Quantity Surveyor

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Construction and Site Engineering
Our client, a top Real Estate firm in in need of a Quantity Surveyor.

Qualification
- University Degree in relevant disciplines
- Preferably Professional Affiliation and Membership
- Customer relation skill
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Very Good Interpersonal skill particularly in Networking
- Familiarity with Real Estate Firm.
- Computer Skill Proficiency
- Creativity and ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
Job Description
- Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
- Run cost analyses of the various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
- Select, price and source construction materials.
- Advise clients on procurement strategies.
- Factor in the implications of health and safety regulations.
- Identify commercial risks and help develop suitable responses.
