• Prepare Material and Quantity Take-off of Structural, Architectural and External Work Quantities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·       Prepare Bill of Quantity for All Renovation and New Construction Work.

• Cost Estimation.
• Risk Management.
• Accurate Budgeting and Cost Management.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc. Quantity Surveyor
• Registered with Professional Body Is an Added Advantage.
• 5 – 10 Years’ Experience.
