    Quantity Surveyor

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
    • Pricing/forecasting the cost of different materials
    • Prepare documents, bills, and documents.
    • Track changes in designs and other constructions.
    • Liaise with contractors.
    • Pay subcontractors
    • Write reports etc.
    • Related Professional courses will an be added advantage.
