Quality Supervisor / Quality Control Officer at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor / Quality Control Officer to ensure that all VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and service consistency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in established restaurant or beverage chains, such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Chicken Republic, or similar QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s brand standards, ensuring compliance with operating procedures, and driving continuous improvement across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of all stores to ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Verify that all beverages and food products meet company recipes and presentation standards.
• Monitor staff adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Identify quality issues and work with store managers to correct deviations immediately.
• Provide training and coaching on hygiene, food safety, and operational best practices.
• Develop and update quality checklists and audit forms.
• Support new store openings by ensuring quality systems are properly implemented.
• Prepare inspection reports and submit findings to the Operations Manager and Head Office.
• Recommend process improvements and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a food & beverage, café, or quick-service restaurant environment.
• Prior work experience in reputable chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between store locations.
• Attention to detail and passion for maintaining quality excellence.
