Quality Site Engineer FTTH at Connig Technoserve

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Quality Site Engineers (FTTH) to ensure quality compliance across all field operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting on-site spot checks, delivering training to SBC teams, and supporting the project team as needed. This role requires close collaboration with the Quality Manager to report findings, track issue resolution, and maintain high standards on-site. The candidates must also provide daily quality activity reports and hold valid certifications in Work at Height, Electrical Safety, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Carryout spot check on site
• Carryout onsite training for SBC
• Assist project team when necessary
• Report to the Quality manager on issues found on site
• Follow up with the resolution of Quality issue till it is closed
• Send daily reports of spot-check and any other quality activities onsite.
• Should have valid Work at height, Electrical safety and First aid box training Certificates .
