Quality Control Officer at Hello Products

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Timely sampling and analysis of raw materials and products, and communication of status(passed/failed).
• Conduct product tests and assessment
• Identify product defects and prompt reporting of any quality deviation
• Support process improvement
• Make necessary SOP implementation
• Supports investigation and closure of consumer and trade complaints.
• Follow through on assigned QMS Audit Corrective

Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering & other related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good Leadership Skill
• A good knowledge of current good manufacturing practices
• Good Communication Skill.
