Quality Control Manager (ICCON) at Value Edge Management Service Limited

Responsibilities

• Comprehending the client's demands and specifications and successfully conveying them to the production teams along with their quality standards.
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Certification in the following - ICCON, NACE(A MUST)
• Good knowledge of quality assurance /control measures
• BSc / HND in Chemistry or a related course of study
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a researcher, development chemist.
• Good understanding of safety procedures in the Laboratory
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
• Experience in the Paint industry / research and development is an added advantage.
• Proven knowledge of standard operating procedures in a chemistry laboratory
• Good understanding of procedures, quality standards and various products specification
• Proven knowledge of various testing methods to confirm and measure different types of products and materials for quality purposes.
