Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
• You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's working life and communication.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
• Ensure all occupants abide by the restaurant policy
• Handling of reports

Job Description

• Monitoring food handling, storage, and preparation to prevent contamination.
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers.
• Monitor raw materials usage, and ensure wastage is also controlled.
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas.
• Performance monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
