    Quality Control / Customer Service Officer (Fashion)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before they are released to customers.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, excellent analytical skills, great customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow up with customers and find out if they’ve received their package.
    • Work closely with the logistics team and follow up with deliveries, and all issues concerning delivery.
    • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or production specifications to appropriate personnel for corrective action.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product quality and reliability.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Resolve every customer’s complaints regarding their orders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues related to product quality or satisfaction, particularly with dresses.

    Requirements

    • High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus.
    • 1 - 3 years relevant wok experience.
    • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in the fashion industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, tests, and data analysis.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze causes, and implement effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
