To ensure service performance and operational processes comform toregulatory, statutory, customer and organisational standards, through the development and implementation of a robust quality assurance systems

Selection Criteria
- B.Sc Qualification; Master's Qualification is an added advantage
- 7+ years experience in a related field
- Relevant certification in Quality management system
- Experience in a service -oriented and e-commerce environment preferred
- Cross-functional collaboration
