Job Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist who is fluent in Chinese and has strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will support our purchasing department by managing supplier relationships, processing orders, and analyzing purchasing data to optimize our procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with suppliers in Chinese.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze purchasing data using advanced Excel functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and supply needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
• Go to markets for window shopping and purchase of the products.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
