    Job Description

    • First Level support for APTRA Passport, Decisioning and Ncompass Archive. Respond to customer calls and queries promptly to resolve issues raised.
    • Work with the global product support teams to support the APTRA Passport suite.
    • Implement payment projects, including SIT and UA projects.
    • Setting up and managing our in-house lab systems.
    • Responsible for the management of scanner assets at client sites.
    • Liaising with our alternate clients where needed and ensuring adherence to client SLAs
    • Responsible for user training on the Passport suite as well as on Scanner usage and preventive maintenance
    • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
