Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Lagos.
• The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenant issues are addressed promptly, and regulatory compliance is upheld.
• Responsibilities include tenant relations, rent collection, coordinating repairs and maintenance, inspecting properties, and managing budgets.
• The role also involves creating strategies to improve property profitability and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Inspection skills, with the ability to oversee maintenance and repair tasks effectively
• Strong Financial Management skills, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense oversight
• Tenant Relations and Conflict Resolution skills, ensuring professional communication and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Local Property Laws and Regulations, enabling compliance with legal and safety standards
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in relevant Property Management Software and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with Lagos property market is advantageous
